A studio built on warmth, resilience, and the belief that movement is for everyone.
Nathalia Gorosh founded The Pilates Hub after years of teaching in studios that never quite felt like home. She wanted a place where clients weren't just numbers — where instructors knew your name, your goals, and what was going on in your life.
Polestar certified and deeply committed to accessible movement, Nathalia believes Pilates isn't about perfection. It's about showing up for yourself, whatever that looks like today.
The Pilates Hub was born from conflict — and a deep belief that Seattle needed a different kind of studio. Nathalia had spent years in the Pilates world watching clients feel intimidated, unwelcome, or like they didn't belong in their own bodies. That didn't sit right.
Then came 2020. The pandemic shut everything down. And in the middle of it all, Nathalia had a newborn. Many would have shelved the dream. Instead, she used that time to plan, refine, and build the studio she wished existed — one that would open its doors when the world needed community more than ever.
When The Pilates Hub finally opened in Seattle's Greenlake neighborhood, it wasn't just a business launch. It was a statement: movement should be warm, welcoming, and radically inclusive. All bodies are good bodies. Every single one.
